Groupons or Coupons?

I just found this site that perhaps deal seeking moms would love to hear about. The site is called Groupon which seems to be a play on the words "group" and "coupon" for good reason.

There is a deal posted on the site every day and if enough people buy it then the deal is on. If the deal is on then your credit card will be charged. If not enough people are interested then your credit card will not be charged. So basically there is no risk for buying a deal.

The day of this post the deal was for $50 worth of Gap certificate for $25. So basically a 50% of savings. The coupon is good for 3 more months. I have purchased the coupon and I will update here about the redeeming process. This GAP deal needed 150 people to purchase it which was easily achieved.


I am looking forward to other deals from this site.
